Why should you get senior pictures taken?

Graduating high school is a huge milestone. Like any milestone, it should be celebrated and commemorated the best way possible. Senior pictures are an excellent chance at showing the world who you are, at this very moment, and creating somewhat of a time capsule for yourself.

 

I graduated high school in '06 and back then, I was heavily into powerlifting. It was a huge part of my life during this period and I have fond memories of walking into that gym everyday and grinding it out for hours at a time. Of course, that was half a lifetime ago and over time people change. Their interests, passions, mind and body. Though I'm no longer a powerlifter, that doesn't change how at one point in time I was and I'm immensely proud of that. I would love to have images to look back on displaying this. An epic shot of me deadlifting or belting out a set of bench presses. I want that for you. I want you to have, not just cool photos to post on your instagram right now, but impactful imagery to reflect on in the future.

 

As your senior photographer, I will mix traditional photos with dramatic imagery using advanced lighting techniques that will make your senior pictures pop and stand out from the rest. We can choose to use any of the countless locations Phoenix has to offer or expand even further, exploring all of Arizona and beyond. I offer sessions tailored to fit everyone's needs. I will conceptualize your experience based on who you are and what you want.

Prices starting at $500
 
No two sessions are the same. What is right for one senior may not be for another. However, there are some absolutes no matter the situation. 
 

  • We will conceptualize your session from start to finish. The location, the outfit, props that will be used, themes to explore, everything.

  • Fully edited images, adjusting the lighting, color, removing blemishes and other distracting elements.

  • Full printing rights on all images delivered

  • An online gallery where you can download your images and purchase prints if you wish to have them printed from a professional lab (Highly suggested)

  • A fun, once in a lifetime experience

 




 

All packages are subject to 8.1% sales tax. Tax not included. A 50% retainer fee is required on all bookings, meaning half of the cost is to be paid upon signing the contract and this is non-refundable. Sessions may require a permit for shooting at particular locations such as parks, etc. Permit fee not included

STEP ONE

the first step is to reach out to me by simply clicking the button below. once you fill out the quick form and send it to me, I will be in touch with you as soon as possible 

  • When is the best time to schedule my senior session?
    Scheduling your senior photos is best during your junior year or the summer before senior year. This allows us enough time to plan your session
  • What should I wear for my senior photos?
    I urge my seniors to wear outfits that show off their personality and style. Upon getting to know you, I will have a better idea as to what will be best to wear FOR YOU. I can't emphasize that enough.
  • Can I include props or personal items in my photos
    Yes, yes, yes. A million yesses. If you're a fisherman, bring your rod and reel. A football player? Bring the pigskin. Anything that is a reflection of who you are, bring it!
  • Where will the session take place?
    I work with you to choose locations that reflect your style, whether it’s an urban setting, a scenic outdoor spot, or even your home. The session is entirely customized to you. Doing part, or all, of your session at my home studio, in front of my many backdrops is also option presented to you.
  • Can family or friends join the session?
    Family and friends play a huge role in your journey. For that reason, they can definitely join for a few shots. The primary focus will remain on you, however.
  • What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate?
    Luckily, in Arizona, we have sunny weather almost year-round so rarely is that a problem. If weather does decide to screw up the day we can reschedule. (Unluckily, Arizona also brings in extremely hot days, so it is a double-edged sword. For this reason, I like to schedule sessions for the morning time when it is cooler)
  • How much editing is included in the photos?
    I professionally retouch all the images to enhance the lighting, removing blemishes, stray hairs and other minor distractions while maintaining a realistic look
  • When will I receive my photos, and how do I order prints?
    Images would be delivered within two weeks of the session date and would be delivered via an online gallery. You will have full printing rights, allowing you to print the photos anywhere you wish. I do suggest printing the photos directly from the gallery, however. That way, the photos will be printed from a professional lab, retaining the high quality that can be lost when you print from your local drug store
